As the transaction approaches completion, Naomi Cole & Associates continues coordinating the remaining details, tracking contractual milestones and helping ensure the property and transaction are ready for the transfer of ownership.

Preparing for the Final Walk-Through

Before closing, the buyer may complete a final walk-through of the property in accordance with the purchase agreement. The home should be prepared for that transition, with agreed-upon items addressed and the property left in the condition required by the contract.

We help coordinate the practical details leading into this final visit and address questions that may arise before closing.

Final Details + Documentation

Title, escrow, lenders and the parties to the transaction continue working through the final documents and requirements necessary for closing.

We remain engaged throughout this process, monitoring outstanding items and communicating with the professionals involved so you understand what is happening and what may still be required from you.

The Handoff

Once the transaction closes and ownership transfers, keys, property information and other agreed-upon items are handed over to the new owner.
